Riga’s arts scene is always shifting, and this week, it’s making a serious statement. The Horos Contemporary Dance Festival is taking over Hansa Perons.
Set for July 30th and 31st, this isn’t your average recital. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s right here in the capital.
Usually hosted in Aizpute, Horos has officially moved to Riga. The festival brings together some of the most innovative international stage artists from across the Baltics and Nordic countries.
If you haven’t checked out Hansa Perons yet, this is the perfect excuse. The venue’s industrial vibe matches the festival’s edgy, contemporary energy.
Expect boundary-pushing choreography and powerful storytelling through movement. It’s the kind of event that reminds you why Riga is a cultural heavyweight.
Don’t sleep on this. Grab your tickets and support the arts scene. For more details on the festival lineup, visit the festival’s programme page.
